Return Policy

Standard return policy.

To return an item, it must be in its original packaging and unused condition. You must notify us that you wish to return the item within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the order.

Return policy for other cases.

1. If the item has a manufacturer's defect, we will send you a return label and replace the product. In order to return the product it must be in its original packaging and unused condition. If you don’t want us to replace the product than the item is subject to a standard return policy.
2. If it is our mistake (i.e. received an incorrect item, etc) and you are exchanging it for the original item you ordered, we pay all shipping costs of a return shipping a new item. In order to return the product it must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
