Simple to operate! Just insert the appropriate tube size, slip the item on the tube, move the handle down and release the rod. Rod goes back to starting position and is ready for the following item. Installation requires attaching to a table or other convenient location with screws or bolts. Comes complete with 4 tubes with steel collars, sizes 3/8" (1), 1/2" (1), 5/8" (1), and 3/4" (1).
