This 28mm Rotary cutter with a convenient full 60-inch retractable tape measure (150 cm). Wristlet is attached for portability. The built-in safety switch must be pulled backward to engage the safety features. To do this, push the entire switch forward to extend the blade. Pull back the lower half of the switch to engage the safety switch. (The blade will not stay out if this step is not taken. It will retract.) Push the safety switch back to avoid extending the blade.
