How to Return an Item:

All items must be returned in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error and you are exchanging it for the item you ordered (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item and want it replaced). For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for roundtrip shipping.

1. Please email info@goldstartool.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed note stating the reason for your return along with the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
